Volunteer Recruiting Workshop - Chicago Suburbs, IL

Need more volunteers? If you're like 98% of all churches, you need MORE volunteers than you currently have. In fact, most churches would say that their lack of volunteers is actually hindering their mission! We know this to be true - without an effective volunteer recruiting strategy, churches will struggle to build healthy, thriving ministries.

Let Ministry Boost help you build your volunteer ministry dream team. Our proven volunteer recruiting framework will help you recruit the volunteers you need. Join us outside of Chicago, IL (St. Charles / South Elgin actually) at Christ Community Church for a workshop for your whole team. We'll teach you a system for sustainable volunteer growth - a HUGE win for your church!

Here's what you'll learn in the Volunteer Recruiting Workshop:

• Session 1: The Volunteer Recruiting 5-Part Framework | In this session, you'll learn the framework that has helped thousands of church leaders recruit volunteers consistently week after week.
• Session 2: How to Widen the Net | In this session, we'll talk about the most critical part of the framework and how you can leverage it to recruit the volunteers you need.
• Session 3: Fine-Tuning the Recruiting Engine | In this session, we apply the rest of the framework, including all the essential details to build a sustainable recruiting engine.

Bonus Workshop: [Optional]
Stick around for lunch and networking with other leaders followed by a bonus workshop on Volunteer Coaches. We'll talk about how to empower volunteers to lead like staff throughout your ministry so everything doesn't depend solely on you. We'll talk about the reason why this is crucial, the structure you need to put in place, how to recruit them, and how to empower them to lead.

In this interactive event, you'll learn from a proven framework, take in input from the experience of leaders in your community, and have time to collaborate with your team as you build your own volunteer recruiting pipeline!
